Medicaid and billing
Most riders pay nothing
Colorado Medicaid covers non-emergency medical transportation for eligible members, and that covers the majority of the trips Qureway makes. If you are a Medicaid rider, there is no co-pay to us and nothing for you to arrange in advance — tell us when you book and we take it from there.
What’s it going to cost me?
The question people are most afraid to ask, so here it is with an answer attached. If Medicaid is paying, nothing. If you are, we put a number on it before you commit to anything:
Facilities and case managers
Qureway facility accounts get one number, one invoice covering every trip in the period, and drivers your staff will come to recognise. Standing orders for dialysis and repeat appointments are set up once. Set up an account.
Cancellations
Appointments move and treatments overrun — that is the nature of it. Call (720) 966-0026 as early as you can and we will re-plan the day with you.
Questions about a specific trip are always better on the phone — (720) 966-0026, Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm, Sat–Sun, 10am–8pm.
Wherever you need to be,
we’ll get you there.
Wheelchair, ambulatory and dialysis rides across 34 Colorado counties.
