Called at short notice, we come. Home should not wait on a ride.
Discharges rarely happen on schedule. When the ward says you can go, home shouldn't wait on a ride — call Qureway and we come, on the same day where we possibly can.
What the ride includes
- Same-day pickup where our schedule allows
- Pickup from the discharge entrance the hospital actually uses, not the main doors
- Help with bags, equipment and paperwork out to the van
- Door-through-door at home, including the steps and the threshold
Good to know
- Call as soon as discharge looks likely, even before the paperwork is done — an early heads-up is what makes same-day possible.
- Case managers and discharge planners book with us directly.
- If you are going to a rehab or care facility rather than home, tell us — the entrance and the handover are different.
How it works
Call Qureway on (720) 966-0026 or ask online. We take the pickup, the destination, the time you need to be there, and what help you want at either end. We confirm the ride and the billing before the day.
On the day your driver arrives early rather than late, and goes through the door with you — not to the curb.
