Privacy
The only thing this site asks you for is what you type into the ride-request form at /request. This page says what happens to it, and to the little our web host records on its own. Last updated: September 23, 2026.
What we collect
When you fill out the request form, we collect your name, your phone number, the kind of ride you need (wheelchair, walking with a hand, dialysis, hospital discharge, or long-distance), whether it’s one way or round trip, and a good time to call you back. The form also carries a hidden field and a timestamp that help us tell a person from a spam bot — you won’t see either one.
We know that the kind of ride you ask for can say something about your health — dialysis, for instance. We only use it to send the right vehicle and the right help, never for anything else.
Where it goes
Submitting the form sends this information from your browser to our server, which emails it once to our dispatch inbox through Resend, the service that delivers our email. We don’t keep a database copy on the website — that email, in dispatch’s inbox, is the only record.
Spam protection
To stop repeat and automated submissions, our server briefly remembers the IP address and phone number behind a submission — in memory, for up to an hour, purely to notice if the same one comes in too many times. Nothing is written to disk, and it’s gone as soon as the server restarts.
What we don’t do
No cookies, no analytics, no ads, no tracking pixels, and no third-party embeds on this site. Even our fonts are self-hosted, so your browser never calls out to Google Fonts or anywhere else. We don’t sell or share your information, and we don’t use it for marketing.
Medical information
The form doesn’t ask for medical records or a diagnosis, and we don’t need them to book your ride. What you do send us is used only to arrange your transportation and is treated as confidential. If a trip is billed through Medicaid or a facility, the trip information tied to that billing is handled the way the law and that payer require. Please don’t put medical details in the form — if you’d rather explain something in person, call (720) 966-0026 instead.
How we use it
We use what you send us for one thing: to call you back and arrange your ride. Booking happens on that call, not on the form.
Hosting and server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — things like IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time — under its own retention policy, the way most web hosts do.
Your choices
You can reach us to ask what we have, correct it, or have it deleted. Call (720) 966-0026 during Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm or Sat–Sun, 10am–8pm. We don’t have a published email address for privacy requests, so the phone is the way to reach us.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes, we’ll update this page and this date. Call us if you’d like to know what changed.
